NAPA VALLEY WRITERS MISSION STATEMENT
1. Napa Valley Writers shall foster professionalism in writing, promote networking of writers within the Napa Valley writing community, mentor new writers, and provide literary support for writers and the writing community as is appropriate through education and leadership.
2. The club supports all genres, writing styles and related professions such as editing, publishing, photographic journalism and agents.
3. Napa Valley Writers provides an environment where members can obtain critique of their efforts and attend workshops; writers share their experiences and their writing with the wider community, thereby promoting an appreciation of literature and the art of writing. The club mentors writers of all ages by providing educational programs for adults and fostering youth programs.
